For touchless models we will need about 8-10 days by one engineer for one machine, including round-trip time.
For rollover car wash model C7,we will need about 8-10 days by one engineer for one machine, including round-trip time.
For tunnel car wash model C6, we will need about 8-10 days by two engineers for one machine, including round-trip time.
Touchless models we provide 3 year warranty,rollover car wash machine C7 we provide 2 year warranty, tunnel car wash machine C6 we provide 2 year warranty.
During warranty if you have any problem we will provide free spare parts,and customer just need to cover the shipping cost.
30% T/T in advance the rest paid before delivery. L/C at sight is also available.
We can provide free online guidance for installation. We will provide installation manuals,photos and videos, we will also create a WeChat group for communication.
If you need our Chinese engineer come oversea for installation, the salary is USD 100/day（8-10 days, including round trip time). Customer also needs to afford round trip air tickets, visa, hotel and dinners for engineer.
We also have third-party oversea installation team, the cost will be discussed separately.
Yes we will provide maintenance manual for customer. If our engineer comes for installation, he will also train you how to use and maintain machine.

Yes but the touchless models can’t use the water recycle system. It can only used for rollover car wash machine or tunnel car wash machine, they have pre-wash process which can use recycled water.
